If you would like to return an item because it does not Suit your needs or for a change of mind. We can offer you an exchange, Store Credit or Refund on items returned, However Return Conditions do apply.
Return conditions
⦁ Items need to be returned with original receipt within 30 days of purchase or in warranty period.
⦁ Items are unused not set up or opened, in original condition and packaging with all parts present. (This includes giveaways or gifts with purchase)
⦁ No gift cards, E-Vouchers, Heavily Discounted, Custom orders or Clearance items can be returned
⦁ Due to Health regulations we cannot refund or exchange mattresses, pillows, bedding, soft furnishings etc
⦁ Any item out of box set up or out of original packaging is considered used and as such are not eligible for refunds or return, unless under warranty claims
⦁ Refunds are only issued using the original method of payment, for example the card you originally paid with only
⦁ For online purchases postage is Non-Refundable. (return postage Cost is also Non-Refundable in case of change of mind)
⦁ Warranty claims for items under warranty are required to go directly to manufacturers customer service teams based in Australia. We are able/unable to initiate this process on behalf of our Customers. The final outcome of this process is out of our hands and subject to the manufactures warranty and care conditions.
